Recently I upgraded my keyboard after having moved back to the keyboard that came with my first HP desktop computer I got in junoir high and I figured the best way to get used to the new keyboard and test it out was to play some games. ZTYPE is a classic asteroid stlye typing game where you as the player act as a small space ship shooting at incoming waves of attacking space ships. The way you attack as the player is to type the word displayed under a perticular target space ship. For each correct letter in the word a shot is fired from your ship and does damage to the attacker. The word esentially acts a health bar for the enemy with stronger enemies having longer more compelx words and weaker enemies having small quick words.
This game is the most fun and interesting one on this list and for that it gets the number one spot. Made by PHOBOSLAB, ZTYPE can be found hereTyping.com - ZTYPE
A classic for me Type Racer was always the go to game for comparing tpying skills with friends. This game pits players against each other rather than any in game villan by having players type words to speed up a race car.
